You can view schedules without an account. Unless you create one, CMSchedule doesn’t collect your name, email or any other personal details. Last updated 2 October 2026.

If you sign in, a second cookie, cms_session, keeps you signed in on that device for up to 90 days (until you sign out).
Without an account your class isn’t saved anywhere. Older versions of the site kept it in a turma cookie, which is now deleted on your next visit.
No advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete these at any time in your browser.
Accounts
An account stores your email address, the classes you saved and the names you gave them, and your calendar links, so your schedule follows you on every device.
Creating an account means agreeing to receive emails about your account and important changes to CMSchedule. News about new features is separate and optional: you choose it when you sign up and can turn it off at any time on the account page. We record when you made each choice.
Change alerts (emails when a session of your saved classes changes) are part of the account and on by default; you can turn them off at any time on the account page.
Your email address is used only by CMSchedule to write to you. It is never sold or shared with anyone else.
There are no passwords: we email you a sign-in link (sent through Resend), which works once and expires in 15 minutes.
To keep bots out we use Cloudflare Turnstile on the sign-in form and don’t accept temporary email addresses.
You can delete your account at any time on the account page; your email address, saved classes and calendar links are removed straight away.
Anonymous statistics
We count visits to know how many people use the site and how often they come back. Your IP address is never stored.
A visitor is counted with a code that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next.
We keep only general information: the country, the type of device (phone or computer, iOS, Android…), the class viewed and the name of the website a visit came from (e.g. instagram.com).
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
Services we rely on
Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it. Like any web service, it handles your IP address to send you the page (Cloudflare privacy policy).
Schedules come from the public timetable published on Bullet Scheduling. CMSchedule is an independent project, not affiliated with Universidade Católica Portuguesa: always check the official schedule.
